Nobody's perfect, but at Max Holton's Performance Automotive Service we strive to achieve superior service. To that end, we guarantee that your job will be done right or your money back. We cannot guaranteee or accept responsibility for malfunctioning parts, but do guarantee that the work put into installing those parts will be done correctly. On rare occasions, a vehicle may be suffering from multiple malfuntions, therefore we cannot guarantee that you would not have problems which have not been addressed during the service. However, we do guarantee that if you continue to have a problem that was addressed and the cause of the reoccurrence was due to mistake or omission on our part then the guarantee and warranty applies. Please understand that this warranty is more in the court of 'common sense' and less into the "Texas Supreme Court" (so to speak); and ultimately Max Holton will make a determination after careful deliberation and consideration for his customers. Max is an honest fella and treats his customers with respect and cares of every customer's satisfaction. But this warranty will not be used by the rare disingenuous person working a get rich quick scam at the cost of losing this fine business. Please don't attempt to defraud him by any means, and I guarantee my brother Max will never do you wrong. again, Just sayin...
